How long is the cleaning session?
For each home, we estimate a 5-hour cleaning time, exclusive of a 30-minute break. For offices, depending on the space and allowable time slot of the building.
How many cleaners will come into my place?
Depending on the size of the place, we send a minimum of 2 cleaners for a small home or condominium and adjust if the space gets bigger and the tasks become more complex.
Do I need to prepare for materials to be used?
We bring all of the cleaning materials and solutions. Should you have any special request or any particular cleaning solution that you would like to be used, kindly mention it when you confirm the booking.
Do I have to pay for transportation?
We can charge the transportation depending on the location.
Do I have to prepare meals for them?
Our Cleaners bring their own water and meals. Should you wish to provide extra, we greatly appreciate it.
Can I request for a night/evening schedule?
We usually do morning and afternoon cleaning schedules but we can customize the working hours as We usually do morning and afternoon cleaning schedules but we can customize the working hours as needed, depending on the availability of our Cleaners.needed, depending on the availability of our Cleaners.
Can you service during weekends or holidays?
Yes, we are open to serve you every day.
Can I request for additional cleaning services?
Please inform the Client Servicing Team of any additional requests before cleaning. Extra requests may require additional Cleaners, extended time, or an overtime fee of ₱200/hour per Cleaner if the 5-hour cleaning period is exceeded.
In which area do you provide your services?
Our primary service areas are Paranaque, Las Pinas, Alabang, Muntinlupa, Makati, Taguig, Pasig, Mandaluyong, San Juan, Quezon City and some areas in Cavite and Laguna.
How do I pay?
We accept **BPI, BDO, GCash, Maya,** and **Check**. A 50% deposit is required 2–3 days before cleaning, with the balance due on the service day. Please send your proof of payment after the deposit.
